According to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed website, the title of this campaign is “Egypt and South Africa…the same concern.” to stop the war in Gaza” and by launching this campaign, political groups, human rights organizations and non-governmental organizations are asking the Egyptian government to cooperate with South Africa in suing Israel.
In the text This campaign states: “The complaint that South Africa brought to the Hague Court should not be limited to this country and it is necessary for Egypt to join it and support it politically, diplomatically and judicially”.
This petition adds: “If South Africa has launched this case in the continuation of its struggle against the apartheid system and in a practical way, it is acting on the historical words of Nelson Mandela, who said that the freedom of South Africa without the freedom of Palestine It will not be completed, so it is more deserving of Egypt, whose people have been directly harmed by the occupying regime, the victory in this case is a victory to avenge the blood of the workers of the Abu Zaeil factory and to avenge the blood of the children of Bahr al-Baqr and the blood of our loved ones in the 1967 war.”
This petition also mentions the dangers of the forced migration of Gazans to the Sinai desert and states that if the Egyptian government is against this, it must take action, “otherwise it will be under a deadly siege.” Gaza is a partner”.
