Secret Security Meetings Held at U.S. Military Bases
An Iraqi lawmaker revealed the holding of secret security meetings at U.S. bases.
Iraqi MP Ali Turki disclosed that confidential and non-public security meetings have taken place inside U.S. military bases, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-Maloomah via Mehr News Agency.
He added that one of these meetings occurred at the Al-tanf base in Syria.
Turki stated these sessions have not been publicly reported by the media, though some participants have revealed partial details.
He emphasized that holding such meetings involving certain Iraqi parties lacks any legal basis, especially given their location within U.S. bases.
