Revealing US Secret Support for Ba’ath Leaders Worldwide
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Maalomah, Abdulhamid Ahmed al-Dulaimi, a member of the Iraqi political coalition Taqaddum, warned that former U.S.President Donald Trump’s administration secretly and covertly supported leaders of Iraq’s dissolved Ba’ath Party around the world. He said Washington lifted sanctions against them, allowing these figures to travel freely to all countries except Iraq.
Al-Dulaimi added that these individuals were also granted permission to participate in political activities and hold meetings without facing any security restrictions.
He stressed that such actions by the Trump administration represent U.S. support for terrorist groups. The American ambassador in Jordan reportedly informed officials there that Ba’ath party leaders could establish offices on Jordanian soil. The largest gathering of these party leaders is scheduled to take place in Jordan.
