850 Airstrikes Hit Gaza City Over Past Days
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen, Israel’s Channel 12 reported that the Israeli Air Force carried out 850 strikes against Gaza City in recent days. These attacks aim to prepare for a ground invasion of the area.
Amid the official start of Israel’s ground offensive into Gaza City, an Israeli official claimed that occupying forces have penetrated deep into the area.
Reuters quoted an Israeli military official saying that ground troops are advancing further into Gaza City.
Since earlier today, Israeli warplanes have launched a new wave of extensive attacks on Gaza City.
An Al Jazeera correspondent reported that Israeli forces are demolishing residential buildings in Tel al-Hawa neighborhood in southwest Gaza City.
