New Wave of Boats Heads Toward Gaza Strip
The Freedom Flotilla Coalition announced the departure of new boats heading toward the Gaza Strip coastline.
The English section of webangah news Agency, quoting Palestine Today via Mehr News agency, reported that on Saturday, the Freedom Flotilla Coalition and the Thousand madeline to Gaza movement launched a new fleet of 10 boats from the port of San Giovanni Li Cuti in Catania, Italy, bound for the Gaza Strip.
This voyage aims to break the blockade imposed on Gaza.
The fleet includes 70 activists holding over 20 nationalities,among them members of parliament from Belgium,Denmark,the European Union,ireland,france,Spain,and the United States.
Simultaneously occurring, the Steadfast Fleet continues its effort with more than 50 ships carrying humanitarian aid to reach Gaza’s shores despite threats from the Israeli regime.
