UN General Assembly President: World Demands Immediate Ceasefire in Gaza
UN general Assembly President Annalena Baerbock stresses the need to implement Trump’s plan on Gaza, calling for an immediate ceasefire and aid delivery to its residents.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, UN General Assembly President Annalena Baerbock spoke at a meeting addressing developments in the Middle East, focusing on Gaza and Palestine. She stated that the world demands an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, humanitarian aid delivery to the enclave, and the release of prisoners.
Baerbock added that the US president’s plan for a ceasefire in Gaza must be implemented without delay.
The UN General Assembly president emphasized that a two-state solution remains the onyl path to peace for Palestinians and Israelis.
