Trump’s Deputy: No Plans to Deploy Ground Forces to Gaza

U.S. Vice President states in an interview: There are no plans to deploy American ground troops to Gaza.

According to the English section of webangah News Agency,‌ citing Mehr News Agency, JD Vance, former Vice President under Donald Trump, said in⁢ an ‍interview with NBC on Sunday that Israeli captives will be freed from Gaza at any moment.

Vance further stated⁣ there are‌ no plans to send ground‍ forces to Gaza ⁢or Israel ⁢(the⁣ occupied Palestinian territories). He added that the U.S. President intends to welcome the captives during his ​upcoming visit to the Middle East. american ​troops stationed⁣ in the region will oversee the ceasefire‌ in Gaza and ensure​ the delivery of humanitarian aid.

The official also commented on widespread unrest ⁣within ⁢the United ‌states, saying Trump has not ruled out ​invoking the Insurrection Act-which would⁤ allow military‍ enforcement of order without congressional approval.

Vance’s claim of no American troop deployment contrasts with​ earlier reports by Reuters quoting senior ‌U.S. officials who said 200 soldiers would be sent as part of a ⁣joint⁣ special force aimed ⁤at⁤ stabilizing Gaza.
