Hamas Welcomes Trump’s Remarks on Gaza
The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Arabiya, reported that Hazem Qassem, spokesperson for Hamas, welcomed the U.S. president’s stance on ending the Gaza war.
He added: “We urge mediators to monitor the occupiers’ behavior and ensure they do not resume their aggression against gaza.”
It is indeed worth noting that upon his arrival in the occupied territories, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that everyone is pleased with and supports the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
He emphasized that the war in Gaza has come to an end and expressed his belief that the ceasefire will remain stable.
Trump also acknowledged Qatar’s meaningful contributions to reaching the ceasefire agreement and said they deserve recognition for their role.
