Russia announces Tupolev Tu-22M3 bomber flights over the Baltic Sea.
The Russian Ministry of Defense has reported the flight of Tupolev Tu-22M3 bombers from its Aerospace Forces over international waters of the Baltic Sea,according to webangah News Agency’s english section citing RIA Novosti.
The operation lasted more than five hours and included segments where foreign fighter jets escorted the Russian bombers.
The ministry’s statement did not provide further details about the mission.
