Fidan: We Are Ready to Host the Fourth Round of Ukraine-Russia Leaders’ Talks

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Anadolu Agency, Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan stated at a conference in istanbul that diplomacy remains a credible path toward a peaceful resolution in ukraine. With this understanding, he reaffirmed Turkey’s readiness to host the fourth round of negotiations and a potential summit between Ukrainian and Russian leaders in Istanbul.
Fidan added that building trust in international institutions is essential within the global order. He emphasized that this shift encourages people toward multipolarity.
The Turkish minister also highlighted the urgent need to reform the international system,which largely depends on cooperation and global synergy,underlining the importance of enhancing collaboration on regional ownership.
He noted that Turkey promotes normalization, connectivity, and regional cooperation in the South Caucasus by establishing complete frameworks. Additionally, Turkey directly engages with its partners in West Asia (the Middle east) to address security and humanitarian challenges.
