Fidan Urges Regional Countries to Resolve Their Own Issues

According to webangah News⁤ Agency, Hakan Fidan, Turkey’s⁤ Foreign​ Minister, spoke today, Sunday, at a joint press conference with Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein in Baghdad.‌ He⁢ stated that the current era ⁣demands peace, development, ⁣and ‌mutual⁣ cohesion in the region⁣ rather of fragmentation.

The Turkish minister⁤ added ⁢that ther is no reason not to achieve ‍this goal. With its vast resources,⁢ culture, human capital, and ⁤geography-when ​appropriate strategies are applied-the region can become prosperous. Ankara will continue supporting⁢ Iraq’s peace, security,‌ and development.

Hakan ⁣Fidan further ​stressed that regional ⁤countries⁣ should address their challenges ⁢independently. “We have the capabilities within the region⁢ to solve our own problems,” ‍he said. He also confirmed ⁣Turkey’s participation‍ in rebuilding Iraq’s infrastructure projects.
