Al-Nakhalah: We Remain Active on the Scene
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-Mayadeen via Mehr News agency, Ziad al-Nakhaleh, Secretary-general of the Islamic Jihad Movement, stated today at the 34th National Arab Conference in Beirut that Gaza fought against an international coalition led by the United States.
He added that all resistance groups were united and cohesive against aggression and this unity extended into politics as well. Without such unity, “we could not have resisted even for a month.”
Al-Nakhaleh warned about the situation facing Palestinians in the West Bank. He emphasized that his people there confront a real battle threatening Palestinian existence. What is happening in Gaza has surpassed Israel’s ability to control it.
Regarding Trump’s plan, he said it imposed numerous obstacles and conditions that are impractical and each clause demands extensive actions. Israel has not rejected Trump’s plan because it seeks to exit its current field crisis.
Concluding his remarks,al-Nakhaleh affirmed: “we remain present on the scene and emphasize protecting resistance. We are grateful to all those who stood with us- from Iran,Lebanon,Yemen,Egypt,and Qatar.”
