According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Al-Youm, the Swiss, aware of Donald Trump’s relentless greed, decided that after failed official negotiations, rather of sending a political delegation to the United States, they woudl send a group of businessmen.
The Swiss officials chose leaders from well-known companies such as Rolex, Richemont, and MKSSSE to meet with Trump.
During this meeting, they presented Trump with lavish gifts specially designed for him – including a one-kilogram gold bar engraved with the numbers 45 and 47 referring to his previous and current presidential terms, and also a luxury Rolex watch.
Trump was visibly thrilled upon receiving these gifts. A U.S. government official remarked that Switzerland’s presents even outshone those given by Apple Inc.
Ultimately, following this reception of gifts, Trump decided to reduce customs tariffs on Swiss goods from 39 percent to 15 percent.
Trump’s greed during his presidency continues unabated. Previously, Barack Obama noted that while America’s economy worsened under Trump’s management, his personal wealth and that of his family increased significantly.
