Tel Aviv Reacts to US Approval of F-35 Sale to Saudi Arabia

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today, a document submitted by the Israeli Air Force to the regime’s political authorities warned about the consequences of the U.S. selling F-35 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia and its potential impact on Tel Aviv’s air force capabilities.
The document states that Israel’s so-called regional superiority largely depends on possessing these fighter jets, and selling them to Saudi Arabia could negatively affect this advantage.
Additionally, lockheed Martin’s increased focus on producing F-35s for Saudi Arabia may delay Tel Aviv’s own order fulfillment from the company.
Yesterday, U.S. President Donald Trump announced his country’s approval of the sale of these fighter jets to Saudi Arabia following the kingdom’s Crown Prince visit to the White House.
