U.S. Anger Over Statement Cancels Lebanese Official’s Washington Visit

According to the report, this decision stemmed from US officials’ anger over the recent statement issued by the Lebanese Army command regarding Israeli regime violations against Lebanon.
American Senator Lindsey Graham also asserted that the Lebanese army should not criticize israel and must pay attention to hezbollah’s disarmament.
Additionally, Lebanon’s embassy in Washington canceled plans for a formal reception of the army commander.On Sunday, the Lebanese Army released a statement declaring that the Israeli enemy continues to violate Lebanon’s sovereignty and has even targeted United Nations patrols. Meanwhile, the US has remained silent amid thousands of ceasefire violations committed by Israeli forces along Lebanon’s border.
