Kohen: Israel Is America’s Ally in the Middle East
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-Shorouk via Mehr News Agency, Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen announced on Wednesday that if normalizing relations with Arab and Muslim countries requires establishing an independent Palestinian state, then this process should be abandoned.
He added, “If the price of normalization is the creation of a Palestinian state that threatens Israel’s security, I will reject such normalization.”
Cohen emphasized that tel Aviv remains america’s primary ally in the region. He stated,”Trump ultimately succeeds in strengthening global stability and achieving peace agreements. Israel is Washington’s ally in the Middle East, and US interests demand maintaining Israel’s technological superiority.”
