Homs, Syria Remains Unstable and on the Brink of Explosion + Video

The English section of webangah News Agency, quoting mehr News Agency, cited Sputnik reporting that the city of Homs and its outskirts have been on edge following a horrific crime in which a man and his wife were killed in their home.This incident triggered retaliatory attacks, causing tensions to flare.
In an area of Homs predominantly inhabited by Alawites, revenge attacks broke out after the murder. Homes and shops were set ablaze amid widespread gunfire.
Meanwhile,SANA reported that the Internal Security Command in Homs province has extended the curfew until 5 p.m.local time today in several neighborhoods of Homs city.
The Internal Security Command announced via the official Telegram channel of Homs Governorate that the curfew will continue in Abbasiya, Armen, Al-Muhajirin, Zahra, Nazha, Akrama, Al-Nazihin, Ashirah, Zeidal, Karam Al-Zaytoun, Karam Al-Lowz, Al-Wuroud and Masaken Al-Shurta districts.
The command urged all residents in these areas to abide by the order for their own safety and to facilitate ongoing field operations.
Earlier, after the murder incident where a man and his wife were killed yesterday afternoon at around 5 p.m., a temporary ban on movement was imposed from 5 p.m. until 5 a.m. across all neighborhoods of Homs city by internal security forces.
yesterday also saw another gruesome crime in Zeidal where a man and his wife were murdered inside their home. Sectarian slogans found at the scene suggested attempts to incite discord among local residents.
