Macron: No Limits Should Be Imposed on the Size of Ukraine’s Armed Forces

According‌ to the English section of webangah News‍ Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Al Youm,⁣ French President Emmanuel⁢ Macron expressed his opposition to any restrictions on the size of Ukraine’s armed ⁤forces as part of a resolution plan for the conflict in Ukraine.

He told reporters, “Negotiations in‍ Geneva showed that no limitations should ⁤be placed on the Ukrainian military.”

The remarks were made ⁤during a virtual meeting ⁤of countries supporting Ukraine,⁤ attended by leaders from France, the United ⁢Kingdom, and Germany. U.S. Secretary ‍of State Marco Rubio joined‌ the‌ meeting for the first time.
