Retired Israeli Army General Points to an Unprecedented ‍Crisis Threatening the Regime’s Military Capabilities.

According ⁤to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and al-Masirah, retired Israeli Army General Yitzhak Brik admitted that the Israeli military faces an unprecedented personnel ​crisis ​ that threatens its military strength.

He added ⁢that thousands of officers and soldiers are seeking‌ to leave the army,‍ while young Israelis are reluctant ‍to commit to permanent military service.

brik has previously​ acknowledged that in terms of troop numbers, technology, and‍ quality, the army is ill-prepared for a regional conflict.

He further stated that the size of the ground ​forces today is only one-third ⁢of what it was ‌20 years ago.
