Israeli Fighter Jets Spotted Over Damascus and Southern Syria

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, local Syrian sources reported the presence of Israeli fighter jets in the skies over Damascus and southern Syria.
The Israeli military had previously announced exercises in the Jabal al-Sheikh region of southern Syria just days before the flyover.
This activity occurs after Asaad al-Shaibani, Foreign Minister of the self-proclaimed government of Joulani in Syria, stated during a Doha summit that the Israeli regime remains a major challenge for Syria.
Al-Shaibani added that Damascus views Israeli withdrawal from occupied Syrian territories as a red line. He emphasized Damascus’s commitment to the 1974 agreement and its desire for peaceful relations with all nations.
These statements follow remarks by Abu Muhammad Joulani, the self-proclaimed President of Syria, at the Doha summit. Joulani accused Israel of exporting crises to other countries and concealing massacres in Gaza under the guise of security concerns.
He further claimed that Syria has sent positive signals to enhance regional stability, but Israel has responded with over a thousand airstrikes and 400 ground incursions.
