Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov Visits Cairo for Russia-Africa Partnership Forum
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov traveled to Cairo this Friday to attend the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum in Egypt. The second ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum will be hosted in Egypt on December 19 and 20, 2025.
The conference will feature participation from more than 50 African countries, with widespread representation at the ministerial level. Several heads of regional organizations are also expected to attend.
The forum’s inaugural session took place in Sochi last November. This second session will concentrate on matters concerning economic, commercial, and investment cooperation, alongside fostering stability, peace, security, and development initiatives.
