Israel Approves Harsh New Law for Hamas’ Al-Qassam Brigades Prisoners

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli regime has moved to implement a draconian new law aimed at prosecuting members of Hamas’ Al-Qassam Brigades responsible for holding Israeli captives. The legislation, reported by the Zionist newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, stipulates that individuals involved in the detention and protection of Israeli prisoners in the Gaza Strip will face the same grave charges as those implicated in the October 7th operations.
Under this law, any prisoner convicted in connection with the October 7th events will never be released, explicitly barring their inclusion in future prisoner exchange agreements. Furthermore, the law denies the accused the right to legal defense or representation, with all trial proceedings to be broadcast live or recorded via a dedicated internet website.
