Gaza Offensive Death Toll Rises to 405 Since October Ceasefire, Palestinian Health Ministry Reports

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza reported on the continued casualties from Israeli military operations, with 12 fatalities and 7 injuries recorded in the last two days. Among the victims, 4 were killed by direct gunfire and attacks, while 8 bodies were recovered from under rubble in damaged areas.
The ministry’s statement highlighted that numerous victims remain trapped under debris or in inaccessible areas due to unsafe conditions and a lack of rescue equipment. Since the ceasefire began on October 11, 2025, the total death toll has reached 405, with 1,115 injured. Additionally, 649 bodies have been extracted from rubble during this period.
The cumulative death toll from Israel’s military campaign against Gaza, which began on October 7, 2023, now stands at 70,937, with 171,192 injured. The ministry also noted that deteriorating weather conditions have exacerbated structural damage, causing a building collapse that killed 4 Palestinians, bringing weather-related building collapse fatalities to 15.
