ISIS Claims Responsibility for Deadly Terrorist Attack on Shia Mosque in Islamabad

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the terrorist organization ISIS has formally claimed responsibility for the deadly assault on a Shia mosque and Husseiniyah located in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan.
The attack, which involved a massive explosion, tragically led to the martyrdom of 31 individuals and left 169 other worshippers wounded. Pakistani media outlets confirmed that the terrorist bombing occurred at the ‘Khadijah al-Kubra’ mosque and Husseiniyah, situated in the ‘Tarlai’ area of Islamabad.
The incident took place yesterday afternoon, significantly escalating existing security concerns across the region and prompting immediate international attention regarding the stability of counter-terrorism efforts in the nation.
