Izvestia: Tehran Forces US and Israel to Reassess War Aims

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Russian website Izvestia has reported that the United States and Israel hold differing views on how to conclude the war against Iran.
The Russian media outlet added that Washington is prepared to declare its objectives met and reduce its demands on Tehran to achieve a ceasefire. Concurrently, Izvestia indicated that the Israeli regime’s plan does not envision the fall of the Islamic Republic, stating that Israel insists on continuing the war until the Islamic Republic is fully weakened.
The Russian source emphasized that Iran has withstood military pressure from the United States and has maintained its defensive capabilities. The Islamic Republic has succeeded in compelling American and Israeli officials to reconsider their expectations. Izvestia noted that signs of potential dialogue between Tehran and Washington are emerging.
American and Israeli regime officials had anticipated the collapse of the Islamic Republic in the initial days of the war. The fierce resistance of combatants on the ground and the presence of the public have reportedly shocked them.
