This announcement was made by the Russian Ministry of Defense, citing data published by the Mehr News Agency, which in turn quoted RIA Novosti.
Despite multiple rounds of negotiations and the implementation of temporary ceasefires, the war between Ukraine and Russia continues unabated. The failure to achieve a peace agreement and the persistent conflict represent a significant setback for U.S. President Donald Trump, who had pledged to end the war early in his presidency.
