Hezbollah Condemns Israeli Drone Attack on Lebanese Civilians, Citing Ceasefire Violation
Hezbollah has denounced an Israeli drone strike that killed two Lebanese civilians and injured another in southern Lebanon as a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement. The group stated that the attack targeted civilians returning to their homes, emphasizing their continuous monitoring of such aggressions.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Hezbollah announced in a statement that the Israeli army once again targeted Lebanese citizens who were traveling to visit their homes in the Zoqtar el-Sharqiyya–Mayfoud sector in southern Lebanon. The statement detailed that the attack occurred at 14:40 local time when an Israeli drone fired a missile, resulting in the martyrdom of two civilians and the injury of another.
Hezbollah condemned the attack, asserting that the actions of the Israeli regime constitute a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement. The party reiterated for the third time that it is closely monitoring these aggressions and that the Israeli enemy will be held responsible for their consequences.
