US Bases Targeted in Iraq, Bahrain, and Qatar Amid Regional Tensions

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Iraqi media outlets have reported that a U.S. forces headquarters near Erbil Airport in the Kurdistan region of northern Iraq was targeted. U.S. defense systems were reportedly activated to intercept and counter drone attacks in the skies over Erbil.
Local sources also indicated new explosions at U.S. military bases in Bahrain and Qatar, including an explosion at the Al Udeid U.S. base in Qatar. The Qatari Ministry of Defense confirmed the ongoing engagement of the country’s air defense with unidentified targets, highlighting that hosting U.S. military bases has transformed the nation into a focal point of tensions stemming from Washington’s war-mongering policies in West Asia. Furthermore, according to Arab sources, oil refineries and U.S. military bases in Bahrain were directly struck by drones.
Sabereen News also reported an incident on the Bahrain-Saudi Arabia bridge, stating that the sounds of ambulances and fire trucks heading towards the bridge connecting Bahrain and Saudi Arabia were heard.
