Ansarullah Forces Clash with Saudi-Backed Elements in Yemen’s Taiz

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, military sources in Yemen have reported intense clashes between Ansarullah forces and elements supported by Saudi Arabia, specifically forces aligned with the self-proclaimed Yemeni government. The confrontations took place in the Jebel Han area, west of Taiz city, and also extended to the Al-Sul position in the southeast of the same city. Artillery attacks were reportedly a feature of these engagements.
Further reports indicate that Ansarullah forces engaged with Saudi-backed elements along the Al-Barah front lines for a duration of two hours. These recent hostilities follow an incident in late June, during which an officer affiliated with the Saudi-backed elements was killed and four other personnel were injured in the Al-Dabab region, west of Taiz.
