Hebrew Daily: Trump’s Iran Policy Harms Israeli Military Capabilities

A Hebrew-language newspaper reports that the unpredictable nature of President Donald Trump’s decisions regarding Iran is detrimental to the long-term operational readiness of the Israeli military. Security sources cite a struggle to maintain prolonged states of alert due to the uncertainty stemming from the White House’s decision-making process.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, The Hebrew-language newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, citing security sources within the Israeli regime, reported that the inability to predict President Donald Trump‘s decisions could harm the capabilities of the regime’s army in the long run. These sources added that the units of the Israeli regime’s army cannot remain on high alert for extended periods. A senior security source stated that while Iran is at the top of Israel’s priorities, the distribution of missions and resources is difficult in light of the lack of transparency in the White House’s decision-making. It is noteworthy that the pattern of military threat, withdrawal, and negotiation has become a recurring model for the American president in his dealings with Iran.
