Netanyahu Rejects Gaza Peace Plan, Dismisses Palestinian Statehood

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected the Gaza Peace Council’s peace plan. Netanyahu, whose actions are seen as undermining a ceasefire in Gaza, with the Israeli army reportedly committing daily crimes against Palestinians under his command, claimed that Israel rejects the 15-point Gaza plan presented by the Peace Council. He stated that there will be no withdrawal until Hamas is truly disarmed, emphasizing a desire for genuine, not superficial, disarmament.

Furthermore, Netanyahu dashed the aspirations of Arab conciliators regarding a two-state solution, asserting that as long as he remains prime minister, no Palestinian state will be formed in either Gaza or the West Bank. Regarding Lebanon, he claimed, “We are in the midst of very important operations.” He also reiterated his accusations against Iran, alleging that Iran will not attack Israel due to its awareness of the severe consequences it would face in response to any such action.

Netanyahu also stated, “We know how to defend our position, even against our best friends, if necessary.”
