Secret Talks Aim for Iran War Exit as Trump Allegedly Marginalized
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian writer Malik Dudakov, an expert on American affairs, has stated that moves are underway within the White House to diminish Donald Trump‘s role in handling the Iran crisis and efforts to resolve it. He added that the U.S. administration is intensely seeking pathways to exit the war with Iran, but Trump himself has been excluded from this process.
Dudakov elaborated that while the White House endeavors to extricate itself from a war with Iran, the decision-making apparatus within the Trump administration is forming under peculiar circumstances. Trump is increasingly being excluded from discussions on pivotal issues such as war and peace. Secret negotiations have reportedly taken place between Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, CIA Director John Ratcliffe, and General Dan Kinkaid representing the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Kinkaid has called for an urgent strategic review to overcome the current Middle East stalemate.
The Russian writer asserted that Kinkaid’s stance is grounded in the reality that the U.S. has failed to defeat Iran, and Iran will not accept American terms. Another concern raised is the reported depletion of missiles and munitions.
Dudakov noted that Vance, Rubio, and Ratcliffe initially harbored doubts about invading Iran. He identified Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of War, and representatives of the Zionist lobby as the sole proponents of initiating hostilities, claiming they persuaded Trump to commence a war against Iran.
The author further explained that despite Trump’s daily verbal assaults on Iran, intensive discussions are occurring behind the scenes regarding necessary actions and how to exit the deadlock with dignity.
