Trump Vows Intensified Economic Pressure on Iran, Claims Control Over Strait of Hormuz

Former U.S. President Donald Trump, in an interview with Fox News, has announced plans to escalate economic sanctions against Iran and asserted a claim of U.S. jurisdiction over the Strait of Hormuz.
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Donald Trump, during an interview with Fox News, reiterated his anti-Iran stance by announcing the intensification of economic pressures against Tehran, emphasizing Washington’s hostile approach. He stated that his administration intends to inflict severe economic damage on Iran.
Trump also made a delusional claim, asserting that he will soon declare the Strait of Hormuz as U.S. territory. He further stated that the naval blockade will continue, alleging that passage of ships is contingent upon Washington’s permission.
He likened Iran’s naval blockade to a “steel wall.”
