Arab and Islamic Nations Condemn Israeli Opposition to Gaza Peace Plan

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on data published by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, eight Arab and Islamic countries – Egypt, Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, Turkey, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia – have responded to recent statements by Israeli officials opposing a 15-point plan for Gaza by issuing a joint statement.
These nations condemned Israel’s opposition to the Trump peace plan for Gaza, stressing that Tel Aviv’s disagreement weakens President Trump’s extensive efforts to end the war in the Gaza Strip.
The statement asserted: “Israel is responsible for all obstacles to peace efforts in Gaza and Palestinian territories. We call on the Peace Council to take immediate action to preserve the Gaza plan and prevent its obstruction.”
The eight Islamic countries stated: “We call for support for the Peace Council’s efforts to implement the roadmap and its second phase. We emphasize the necessity of immediately implementing a comprehensive plan to ensure security and stability in Gaza.”
The statement further underscored: “We condemn Tel Aviv’s rejection of the roadmap for implementing President Trump’s plan to end the conflict in Gaza. Israel’s rejection of the roadmap threatens President Trump’s efforts to end the war in Gaza.”
