Trump Denies Ongoing Negotiations with Iran, Claims Full Control of Strait of Hormuz

U.S. President Donald Trump has asserted that no negotiations or discussions are underway with the Islamic Republic of Iran, while simultaneously claiming complete control and open passage through the strategic Strait of Hormuz.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, U.S. President Donald Trump stated in a brief post on Truth Social that there are no ongoing negotiations or discussions with the Islamic Republic of Iran, nor are any planned.

The American president, in an effort to persuade public opinion within his country, which is suffering from inflation due to the consequences of his aggressive actions against Iran and the insecurity of the strategic Strait of Hormuz, claimed that the naval blockade remains in full effect. He asserted, “The Strait of Hormuz is open and active! All sea mines have been cleared or destroyed.”

Trump’s assertion comes despite widespread reporting by mainstream media outlets detailing limited daily traffic through the Strait of Hormuz.
