Seyed Ammar Hakim Consults with Talabani on Regional Developments

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Seyed Ammar Hakim, the head of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement, welcomed Bafel Talabani, the leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan. The two leaders consulted on developments in the Iraqi and regional political arenas, stressing the importance of dialogue and understanding to resolve remaining differences.

Hakim called for confronting challenges by strengthening national solidarity and internal cohesion, emphasizing the necessity of preserving security and social achievements and transforming challenges into opportunities and factors for success. He identified the economic challenge as paramount, stemming from regional developments and their impact on Iraq.

The head of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement further underscored commitment to Iraq’s approach in engaging with its regional and international environment, calling for an end to conflict in the region and the restoration of stability.

He reiterated his support for the Iraqi government’s efforts in pursuing reforms, development, and the fight against corruption.
