Israeli Air Force Strikes Southern Lebanon Amidst Ongoing Ceasefire Violations

The Israeli air force has targeted southern Lebanon, striking areas including the Al-Taher heights and the Dabsha and Doha Kafr Rumman regions, despite a framework agreement aimed at ending hostilities.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Israeli regime targeted the Al-Taher heights, the Dabsha area, and Doha Kafr Rumman with airstrikes, as reported by Al-Manar, citing Mehr News Agency.

Further details regarding any potential damage from these attacks have not been released.

Earlier, Lebanon and the Israeli regime had reached a ‘framework agreement’ mediated by the United States to end hostilities. This agreement was a result of several rounds of negotiations between the involved parties, facilitated by Washington, with the stated objective of establishing a ceasefire and de-escalating tensions along the borders of Lebanon and occupied Palestine.

Despite this agreement, which has faced various criticisms, ceasefire violations by the Israeli regime persist.
