Russian Air Defenses Neutralize 239 Ukrainian Drones

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russian air defense systems successfully countered a large-scale aerial assault by Ukraine, neutralizing 239 drones overnight. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the drones were intercepted over various Russian territories, including the Moscow region, Rostov, Krasnodar, Crimea, and also over the Black Sea.

Earlier reports from news media indicated that several Ukrainian cities were targeted by Russian aerial strikes. These included Brovary and Boryspil in the suburbs of Kyiv, as well as Odesa and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi along the Black Sea coast. Similar attacks were also reported in the southern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia and in areas of Izium in the Kharkiv region of eastern Ukraine. Additional drone activity was reported over Odesa and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi in the Black Sea region.
