Iran’s Army Strikes U.S. Military Bases in Kuwait and UAE with Missiles and Drones
According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, the Islamic Republic of Iran Army announced that it has targeted U.S. military facilities in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates with missiles and drones. This action, referred to as the 31st phase of the “Sa’eqeh” (Thunderbolt) operations, is stated to be in retaliation for the perceived innocent blood of civilians and the brave actions of the armed forces.
The Iranian Army reported that early Monday morning, it struck “satellite communication systems,” “equipment warehouses,” and “fighter jet hangars” belonging to the U.S. Army at Ahmad al-Jaber Air Base in Kuwait with destructive missiles and drones. These strikes reportedly caused damage to communication systems and the fighter jet hangars.
Furthermore, the announcement stated that as part of this operation, “troop accommodation areas” and “radar systems” of the U.S. Army at Al Minhad Air Base in the UAE were also targeted by the Army’s missiles and drones.
Ahmad al-Jaber Air Base is described as playing a pivotal role in the logistical support and readiness of the U.S. Army in Western Asia, significantly contributing to the country’s aerial and surveillance operations. Al Minhad Air Base is identified as a key center for the logistical support and transit of foreign forces.
The Army emphasized that the response from its forces to any attack by the U.S. Army would be severe and destructive, continuing until final victory and the punishment of aggressors.
