Russia Strikes Logistics Hub Near Kyiv, Cites European Military Cargo

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Russia‘s Ministry of Defense announced on Saturday that its forces had targeted a customs and logistics center in the Kyiv region. The ministry stated that the “Kopyliv” logistics center, located in the village of Kopyliv approximately 41 kilometers west of Kyiv, sustained damage during the operation.

The Russian Ministry of Defense further elaborated that this center was utilized for the storage and distribution of military cargo imported into Ukraine from European countries. Specific details regarding the types of weapons or equipment present at the facility, as well as the precise timing and methods of the strike, were not provided by the ministry.

This development follows previous reports from the Russian Ministry of Defense concerning attacks on a cargo ship and a tanker in the Black Sea, which the ministry claimed were carrying military equipment for the Ukrainian army.
