Qatar Condemns Israeli Aggression Against Lebanon and Gaza

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, Qatar‘s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement asserting that the international community must fulfill its responsibilities and compel the Israeli regime to cease its expansionist plans and settlement policies in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The statement reiterated Qatar’s unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and the resistance of the Palestinian people, emphasizing the necessity of ending the occupation and enabling Palestinians to achieve their legitimate rights, including the establishment of an independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital, within the 1967 borders.

Qatar also reaffirmed its consistent stance regarding Lebanon, affirming its sovereignty over its entire territory.

The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs further stated that it strongly rejects the positions taken by Israeli officials concerning the annexation of parts of southern Lebanon and areas extending to the so-called Yellow Line in the Gaza Strip, deeming these actions a clear violation of international law.
