Russia Vows Intensified Strikes on Ukrainian Military Targets After Zelensky’s Threats

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency,
based on data published by Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Russia‘s Ministry of Defense stated in a statement: “We have heard Zelensky’s remarks about Kyiv’s intention to escalate attacks on Russian oil refineries in response to Moscow’s attacks on their military facilities. The extensive attacks on Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine are precisely in response to the actions of the leader of the Kyiv regime.”
The statement issued by the Russian Ministry of Defense regarding this matter read: “Zelensky attempted to disrupt the State Duma elections through terrorist attacks on civilian facilities. Kyiv attempted a large-scale attack on civilian targets in Moscow between September 19 and 20 with more than 1600 attack drones.”
The Russian Ministry of Defense statement added: “The Kyiv regime attempted to disrupt the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in June of this year with drone attacks. Kyiv carried out a terrorist attack on the residential areas of Belgorod last night, which had no military targets; several people were killed in this attack. Following Zelensky’s remarks, attacks on Ukrainian military targets, the military-industrial complex, and their associated infrastructure will be intensified. Ukrainian citizens should hold the head of the Kyiv regime solely responsible for the escalation of Russian attacks; Zelensky bears full responsibility for this situation.”
