Maritime Alert Issued to Vessels Near UAE Coast

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, maritime authorities have reported that several vessels anchored near Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates were instructed to leave their berths. Initial reports from the UK’s Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) indicated the alerts were issued to ships in the vicinity.
Further details emerged from Palestinian news agency Sama, citing the maritime organization. It was claimed that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy issued warnings via the maritime radio communication channel 16 (VHF). These warnings were allegedly directed at six vessels that were anchored approximately 16.5 nautical miles northwest of Ras Al Khaimah.
The alleged report from the maritime organization stated that these vessels were ordered to depart the area and proceed south towards the vessel anchorage zone in Dubai.
