Russia’s Ministry of Defense has announced strikes on three cargo ships and port infrastructure in Reni, southern Ukraine, as well as a vessel allegedly transporting military cargo to Odesa.

According to the International Desk of Webangah News Agency, based on data published by Mehr News Agency, quoting Al Jazeera, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its forces had targeted three cargo ships and port infrastructure facilities in Reni, located in southern Ukraine. The Russian Ministry of Defense also stated that a cargo ship, which it claimed was transporting military supplies for Ukrainian forces to the port of Odesa, was attacked. The port of Reni is situated in the Odesa region, near the borders of Romania, on the Danube River, and serves as a key maritime transport route for Ukraine.
