Ukraine’s protest against dumping its country’s grain on the railway tracks in Poland

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kobrakov says that Polish farmers dumped Ukrainian wheat on the railway tracks as a sign of protest, an act of “political provocation” aimed at creating a divide between the two countries.

According to the Anatolian news agency, Kobrakov said that Ukrainian farmers harvested this grain while they were in danger due to the war, and the Ukrainian army was barely able to export it through the Black Sea.

He went on to say that such an action is detrimental to everyone and “the survival of the world, especially in Africa and Asia, depends on Ukrainian grain”.

Yesterday, Polish farmers dumped Ukrainian grain on the railway tracks and blocked the tracks. These farmers, who are protesting the cheaper agricultural products of Ukraine, blocked almost all the border crossings between the two countries and disrupted the ports and roads across the country.

The Minister of Economy of Ukraine says that he expects the European Commission to take decisive measures in this regard.
