The new excuse of the Israeli regime; The Zionists want a complete list of prisoners

The Zionist regime has announced to Qatar and Egypt that negotiations will not be held until Hamas provides a comprehensive list of Zionist prisoners alive in Gaza.

The Zionist regime has started making new excuses while the international community is demanding a humanitarian ceasefire and dealing with the serious crisis in Gaza, and the dangers of sending humanitarian aid to the Palestinians living in Gaza have made the need for negotiation more prominent than before.

Axios news agency reported that Egypt and Qatar, which mediate the communication between Hamas and the Zionist regime, had assured Tel Aviv that it would obtain important information about the hostage situation during the recent negotiations in Doha.

This is while the Zionist regime claims that it did not get the information it wanted after the end of this round of talks.

The proposed agreement, which was formed with the efforts of America, Egypt and Qatar and unveiled in Paris, includes the release of about 400 Palestinian prisoners in exchange for about 40 Zionist prisoners. The agreement also proposes a temporary cessation of hostilities in Gaza; In such a way that for every living captive that is released, the cessation of hostilities will continue for another day. This plan also includes plans for the gradual return of Palestinian citizens to the northern areas of the Gaza Strip.

Despite these efforts, the Zionist authorities have announced a deadlock in the negotiations. They identify the main obstacle to progress in the negotiations as preventing Hamas from providing some important information. Now, the occupation regime’s excuses and its insistence on receiving the list of living hostages, as well as a definite answer from Hamas about the ratio of exchanged prisoners, have stopped the negotiation process.
