The extreme American senator’s ridiculous request to the Olympic Committee about the boycott of some countries

“Marsha Blackburn”, the Republican senator of the state of Tennessee, asked the International Olympic Committee in a conspiratorial request to prevent Iran from participating in the Paris Olympic Games.
The Hill website wrote on Wednesday night that Blackburn made this request in a letter to International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach, referring to what he called human rights issues.
The International Olympic Committee had previously prevented the participation of athletes from some countries in the Olympic Games, the most recent of which is the prevention of the participation of Russian and Belarusian soldiers in the Paris Olympics due to the war in Ukraine.
The International Olympic Committee announced in December that a number of Russian and Belarusian athletes can participate individually and as neutral athletes in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
The sports body said in a statement: Qualified athletes who have Russian and Belarusian passports can enter and compete in the games as “neutral individual athletes”. Sports teams with Russian and Belarusian passports are not included in this issue.
The International Olympic Committee also banned the use of Russian and Belarusian state symbols, including the flag and national anthem, in the Paris Summer Olympics and emphasized its previous decision to ban the teams of these countries. According to the International Olympic Committee, no Russian official or Belarus will not be invited to next year’s Olympics.
