Pashinyan’s warning about an imminent war between Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan
The Prime Minister of Armenia called for strict demarcation between this country and the Republic of Azerbaijan to prevent a new war. |
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan warned that if this country does not return a number of border villages to the Republic of Azerbaijan, it will lead to a new war between the two countries within a week.
According to Ria Novosti news agency, the Prime Minister of Armenia said: Our duty is to demarcate borders; Because this work is an obstacle for conflicts in these borders from an international point of view.
He added: We build the roads and provide the necessary facilities for the residents of the border villages and pay additional compensation if necessary. If we reject Baku’s requests, the war will start within a week.
In response to Pashinyan’s statements, the official spokesman of the Russian Foreign Ministry said: This is what the new supporters of the European Union, NATO and Washington did to Yerevan. Please note that these statements have nothing to do with Russia and are made by the current authorities of Yerevan after consulting with the Westerners.
