Falling popularity of Biden due to policies towards the Gaza war

Newsweek reported that Biden's popularity is "catastrophically" declining because of his handling of the Gaza war.

Newsweek polls conducted since the beginning of the Gaza war show that American voters are increasingly dissatisfied with the way President Joe Biden is handling the crisis.

According to Newsweek, American voters’ opposition to Biden’s actions regarding the Gaza war has intensified and his popularity has fallen catastrophically. The first poll that was conducted in October showed that 37% of people were in favor and 35% of people were against his actions regarding the war.

However, the latest Newsweek survey in this regard, conducted in March, shows that 30% of people were in favor and 39% were against Biden’s actions. In addition, 22 percent of voters said they “strongly” disagree with Biden’s actions regarding the resolution of the Gaza crisis.

Osame Khalil, a foreign relations expert, says that Biden’s main problem is that voters, especially young people and minorities, see him as complicit in the “genocide” of Palestinians.

Some sources say that tensions between Biden and Netanyahu have increased recently, and the US president warned the Israeli prime minister in his call on Thursday night that if he does not change his course, the US will not be able to continue its support.
