This amount was twice as much as the donations made by Joe Biden, the current president of the United States, at an event in New York.

According to the New York Post newspaper, the Trump campaign earned 50.5 million dollars by holding a dinner party with billionaires. This ceremony was held on Saturday, April 6. It should be noted that in March, at a similar event in New York, the Biden campaign raised a record of $25 million.

Biden and Trump won their parties in the intra-party elections on April 3.
